Points To Be Noted…

1. Age: For admission to Entry Class (Pre-Nur) the child must be born between 01.10.14 and 30.09.15

2. Registration opens from 1st Dec. 2017 onwards.

3. Last day of submission of EWS documents is 12th December. 2017, 1200 hrs.

4. Admission in EWS qouta will be on a draw of lots basis scheduled for 15th Jan. 2018 at 1100 hrs. (Quota 30 seats).

5. Last day of submission of documents for EWS is January 15, 2018.

6. For admission in general quota draw of lots will be held on 15th. Jan. 2018. (Quota 90 seats)

7. List of selected candidates will be put up on Feb 5, 2018.

8. Successful candidates must complete the admission procedure by 12th. Feb. 2018.

9. EWS children residing within 1 KM. of the school will be admitted first.

10. Admissions under RTE quota are subject to rules and regulations as specified by the Act/Chandigarh Administration.

11. For admission under RTE, one family photo, DOB cert., Aadhaar card and proof of residence in Chandigarh of atleast 3 years is reqd.

12. EWS are those persons whose family income from all sources is less than Rs.1.5 lacs/annum.

13. Income document to be signed by the SDM/Tehsildar. The EWS certificate must be deposited every year before 10th March. For fresh admissions income certificate is to be submitted by 12th Dec, 2017.

14. For general quota documents required are DOB certificate, Aadhaar Card of both parents and child plus 2 photos of the child.

15. Fee can be deposited in the bank as mentioned in the fee book.

16. Deposit full year fees before 10th April and avail discount of Rs. 2000/-. There is no sibling discount.

17. Late fees will be charged a minimum of Rs. 100/-, Further delay will be charged @ Rs. 100/- for every subsequent month.

18. Students whose fees are delayed by more than 2 months are liable to be struck off the rolls within 1 week of being informed.

19. All dues must be cleared and NO DUES SLIP collected by 10th March or else the student maybe barred from appearing in the test/exam.

20. All school rules regarding uniform, discipline, and attendance must be strictly followed.

21. Students will not be allowed inside the school after 0805 hrs without prior permission.

22. Students will be allowed to leave school only in an emergency (medical reasons) during school hours. A written application is required.

23. 85% attendance is compulsory for promotion to the next class.

24. TC will be issued within two days of application after submission of NOC from accounts department.

25. Class teachers can be met on PTM days and on other days by appointment only.

26. Kindly ensure all your child’s belongings are labelled properly.

28. Transport fee is extra and is directly payable to the bus owner.

29. Fees will be increased by 8% to 10 % (or as directed by competent authorities) every year. Parents are requested to note this.
